Wayne was born in Abbotsford and began his legal practice with one of Abbotsford’s largest firms in 1995 after completing his legal studies at the University of British Columbia. In 2005, he became one of Valley Law Group LLP’s founding partners. Wayne is married with three children and is delighted to be raising his family and practicing law in the city that he was born.

Personal and Professional Background
David is licensed to practice law in British Columbia and Washington State, and has been practicing in the Fraser Valley since he was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1996. He was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1993. He is also qualified to practice as an attorney in the United States District Court, Western District of Washington.
Prior to the formation of Valley Law Group LLP David practiced with one of Abbotsford’s largest law firms. He has successfully conducted trials in the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the Supreme Court of British Columbia and has successfully represented clients in the British Columbia Court of Appeal.
Along with Wayne Neufeld, David was one of the founding partners of Valley law Group LLP.
David was raised in the Fraser Valley. Outside of practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, and his extended family. One day he hopes to witness the Vancouver Canucks win the Stanley Cup.

Devin B. Larson
Devin was called to the bar in 2010 after completing his studies at the University of British Columbia. Eager to dispense with the long commute, he began practicing law in his hometown of Abbotsford upon completion of his legal training. After starting at a well-established Abbotsford firm, he moved on to join another firm that tripled in size in the eight years he worked there. Valley Law Group LLP welcomed him to their team in 2019.
Prior to commencing his legal career, Devin had eclectic employment experience in the fields of farming, construction, warehousing, graphic design, and teaching, which allows him to understand the concerns of a broad range of clients.
Devin’s time away from the office is spent mostly shuttling different combinations of his four children to and from their extra-curricular activities.
